The little man with the BIG HEART!

We celebrate the 42 years of Gary Coleman's life. Gary was a household name who brought smiles and laughter to so many. I remember watching re-runs of Different Strokes bright and early on the tube, cracking up at all the little gestures that Arnold would make. The show hit the scenes back in '78 which was some years prior to my birth, but he was such a popular celeb growing up that you knew who he was even if you never saw an episode. Coleman's charisma won the hearts of many from all different generations. We pray that the Lord takes and keepth your soul.

Laced up

If you know me you know that I have a love for sneakers. I view the sneaker as more than just an article of clothing or fashion statement... I see them as art. Over the past year, my appreciation for art has grown. While we were in Europe this past year, we had the opportunity to visit a few art galleries which displayed artifacts that were clearly on another level. My wife was browsing the web today and she came across this "paintings". I place quotations around the word painting because at the first glance it looks like paint but in all reality it is made of shoe laces. I saw this an lost my mind.
